Unless stated otherwise on our site, please expect to receive your blind(s) within approximately 2-3 weeks after the day you order them*. Shipping Clarity
Shipping is on the house for all blinds under 94" across Canada wherever land shipping is viable. For orders featuring one or more products with a width or length exceeding 94", a one-time oversize charge of $85 applies. If land shipping to your location proves unfeasible, we'll apprise you of the shipping cost before dispatching your order.

Important Inspection Notice
Important heads-up: Upon receiving your window coverings, promptly inspect them. If the merchandise has suffered damage during shipment or if there are any deviations from your specified order, notify us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, damaged merchandise will be replaced at no cost to you. Failure to report damage within this period will result in replacement costs being borne by you. It's imperative to sign for damaged shipments.
Delivery Timeframes
*Note that oversized blinds (>90" wide) or shipments to remote locales may extend the delivery timeframe beyond 3 weeks – an additional 1-3 weeks may be required.
*Please note that it may take longer than 3 weeks for delivery of oversized blinds (>90” wide) or shipments to rural or remote locations – delivery in these cases may take an additional 1-3 weeks. Custom shutters typically ship within 4 weeks after the order has been placed.
