That said, mistakes can happen. We are human. If you incorrectly measured your purchased window coverings we will have our team help you re-measure your blinds and we will remake them
for FREE.

Here's How You Can Submit a Claim:

In order to submit a claim, just contact our Customer Support team at (888) 685-1755 within 30 days of receiving your window coverings order. If we determine that new blinds are necessary, the same product (and colour) will be remade for you. All blinds are custom-made and we do not allow cash refunds. This guarantee covers up to 5 window coverings per household².

In order to qualify for the InstaFit Guarantee, the original incorrectly measured blinds need to be shipped back to our warehouse.

We always aim to properly match the colour of your remade blinds to the original incorrectly measured blinds but colours can vary depending on the dye lot and we cannot guarantee an exact match to the original window covering, or to other window coverings on your order.

Bringing your windows and room to life with the right colour blinds is so important. Please order samples when undecided or unsure of the colour you want. And it's easy. You can order them free, right here, anytime.

After ordering samples and then purchasing your window coverings, if you are unsatisfied with the colour for any reason we will remake your blinds with the new colour (equal or lesser value) you select, for free.

We do our absolute best to match replacement to the same product and colour as the original window covering, but colours may vary and we cannot guarantee an exact match to the original window covering, or to other window coverings on your order not needing a Colour Match replacement (even if they are near the same window).
